ZION Development is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All gifts to ZION are tax-deductible.

Ways to Give

Apart from our special events, however, we still have many needs where you can help us. Financial gifts throughout the year are essential to the continuing work of ZION Development. The links below allow you to give to both our general fund and to our special capital campaign as we raise funds for the rehabilitation of the Lantow Building.

Annual Spring Banquet

Every April ZION Development holds a banquet complete with silent auction, a great meal and an entertaining program that informs and inspires. Plan to attend and bring your friends.

Doors of Rockford Art Show and Auction

Attend this classy fundraising event in October of each year. You can bid on great art, enjoy wine and appetizers and live music.

Friends of ZION Loan Fund

You can make a loan to ZION Development in amounts from $1,000 up to $1,000,000. Interest rates paid to you are competitive with comparable certificates of deposit. Loans can be for one, two, three or four years. Friends of ZION Loans enable ZION to do projects and acquire properties with loans having interest rates below those of the conventional commercial market. This can easily amount to thousands of dollars per year in savings to ZION all the while allowing you to gain earnings on an investment in our community.

Volunteer
