Brad Roos has served with ZION Development since 1990 and as Executive Director since 1994. Much of Brad's work with ZION Development has been with real estate development. Previously he was the Coordinator for empty tomb, inc., a Christian nonprofit in Champaign-Urbana and a teacher in Puerto Rico and Champaign, IL. He holds bachelors and masters degrees in Chemistry, Environmental Studies and Education from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Rockford, IL is his hometown.
Katie St. Andre
Katie St. Andre has been Property Manager of ZION Development since October 2007. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and worked as a realtor with Dickerson and Nieman Realtors before joining the staff at ZION. In addition, Katie has worked as a case manager serving homeless men and women in Rockford as well as working with at-risk children. Katie and her family relocated to Rockford 14 years ago from Newark, Delaware. Her hometown is Racine, WI.
Wellness Educator, Longwood Plaza
Ann is an employee of SwedishAmerican Health System where she has worked as a Health Educator/Nutritionist for 16 years. In 2001, as part of her duties, she became the Project Coordinator/Nutritionist for ZION Development's Walter D Williams Wellness Program at Longwood Gardens. A native of Rockford and a graduate of Northern Illinois University, Ann especially enjoys helping seniors achieve their health goals while learning about their history and gaining "life lessons" from them.
